Soft, fluffy red velvet cinnamon rolls with a rich cream cheese frosting. Perfect for breakfast or dessert.
Ingredients

- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 packet active dry yeast
- 1 cup warm milk
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 large egg
- 2 tbsp red food coloring
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Dissolve yeast in warm milk. Let sit for 5 minutes.
- Mix flour, sugar, and salt in a bowl.
- Add melted butter, egg, red food coloring, and vanilla to yeast mixture.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients to form dough.
- Knead for 5 minutes, then let rise for 1 hour.
- Roll dough into a rectangle.
- Sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon.
- Roll tightly and cut into 12 slices.
- Place in a greased pan and let rise for 30 minutes.
- Bake at 375°F for 20 minutes.
- Beat cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla for frosting.
- Spread frosting on warm rolls.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- Reheat in microwave for 10 seconds before serving.
