Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/4 cup corn syrup
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix flour, cocoa powder, and sugar in a bowl.
- Add melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
- Pour batter into mini muffin tins, filling each halfway.
- Combine pecans, corn syrup, and brown sugar in a separate bowl.
- Top each brownie bite with pecan mixture.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes.
- Let cool before serving.
