Ingredients

- 8 oz pasta
- 2 chicken breasts, sliced
- 3 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add chicken and cook until no longer pink.
- Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Stir in honey, soy sauce, lemon juice, black pepper, salt, and red pepper flakes.
- Simmer for 3 minutes until sauce thickens.
- Toss cooked pasta with the chicken and sauce.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Adjust red pepper flakes for more or less heat.
- Use whole wheat pasta for a healthier option.
- Add vegetables like bell peppers or broccoli for extra nutrition.
