Ingredients

- 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 lb baby potatoes, halved
- 3 tbsp butter
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add potatoes and cook for 10-12 minutes until golden and tender. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add butter and minced garlic. Cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add steak bites and season with salt, pepper, thyme, and paprika. Cook for 3-4 minutes until browned.
- Return potatoes to the skillet and toss with the steak and garlic butter.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve hot.
Notes
- Use cast iron for best searing.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- For extra flavor, add a splash of Worcestershire sauce.
