- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Toss the chicken pieces in the mixture until evenly coated.
- Dredge the chicken in flour, shaking off excess.
- Place the chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
- Serve immediately with extra lemon wedges if desired.
