Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. Boil the potatoes until soft, then mash with butter and cheese.
  3. In a skillet, cook the sausage until browned.
  4. Add onions and carrots, cook until soft.
  5. Stir in Guinness and beef, simmer for 30 minutes.
  6. Fill a baking dish with the beef mixture, top with mashed potatoes.
