- 1 lb Irish sausage
- 2 cups mashed potatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

- 1 cup flour
- 1 tsp baking powder

- 2 cups cabbage, shredded
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/4 cup milk
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix mashed potatoes, cheddar cheese, and green onions.
- Form small balls with the sausage and mash around each ball with the potato mixture.
- In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Add shredded cabbage, melted butter, and milk to the flour mixture.
- Shape the cabbage mixture into patties and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve hot with a dipping sauce of your choice.
