Ingredients

- 2 pounds potatoes
- 1 cup chopped kale or cabbage
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup butter
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Peel and chop the potatoes.
- Boil potatoes in salted water until tender.
- In a separate pot, cook the greens in a little water until wilted.
- Drain the potatoes and mash them with milk and butter.
- Stir in the cooked greens.
- Season with salt and pepper.
