- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Season chicken with salt and pepper, then cook until golden brown on both sides. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, sauté onion and garlic until softened.
- Pour in whiskey and let it simmer for 2 minutes to reduce.
- Stir in heavy cream, chicken broth, and Dijon mustard. Bring to a gentle simmer.
- Return chicken to the skillet and cook for 10-12 minutes until fully cooked.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
