A quick and easy recipe for cooking chicken in an Instant Pot.
Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken breast
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Season chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Add chicken broth to the Instant Pot.
- Place chicken on top of the broth.
- Seal the lid and cook on high pressure for 10 minutes.
- Allow natural release for 5 minutes, then quick release any remaining pressure.
- Shred the chicken and serve.
Notes
- Adjust seasoning to your liking.
- Use chicken thighs for more flavor.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
