Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs chicken breasts
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Place the chicken in the Instant Pot.
  3. Add chicken broth to the pot.
  4. Seal the lid and set the Instant Pot to cook on high pressure for 10 minutes.
  5. Once done, allow for a natural release for 5 minutes, then quick release the remaining pressure.
  6. Remove the chicken and shred it with two forks.
  7. Serve with your choice of sides.
