Ingredients

- 1.5 lbs chicken breasts
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Place the chicken in the Instant Pot.
- Add chicken broth to the pot.
- Seal the lid and set the Instant Pot to cook on high pressure for 10 minutes.
- Once done, allow for a natural release for 5 minutes, then quick release the remaining pressure.
- Remove the chicken and shred it with two forks.
- Serve with your choice of sides.

- You can adjust seasoning as per your preference.
- This chicken can be used in salads, tacos, or sandwiches.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
