Ingredients

  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 8 small flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1/2 cup diced red onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges

Instructions

  1. Add chicken, BBQ sauce, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper to the Instant Pot.
  2. Close the lid and set to manual high pressure for 10 minutes.
  3. Allow natural release for 5 minutes, then quick release remaining pressure.
  4. Shred the chicken using two forks.
  5. Warm tortillas according to package instructions.
  6. Fill each tortilla with shredded chicken, cabbage, red onion, and cilantro.
  7. Serve with lime wedges.
