Description

Ice Spice is a refreshing dessert made with flavored ice and various toppings.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup fruit juice of your choice
  • 1/2 cup diced fruit (optional)
  • Mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine water and sugar in a saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Stir until the sugar dissolves completely.
  3. Remove from heat and let cool.
  4. Add fruit juice and mix well.
  5. Pour the mixture into ice cube trays or molds.
  6. Freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
  7. Once frozen, remove from molds and serve with diced fruit and mint leaves.
