Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Pat the chicken dry with paper towels.
- Rub olive oil all over the chicken.
- Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Place lemon halves and herbs inside the cavity.
- Put the chicken breast-side up on a roasting pan.
- Roast for 1 hour 15 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Let rest for 10 minutes before carving.
