  • 1 cup barbecue sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 275°F (135°C).
  2. Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs.
  3. Rub the ribs with olive oil.
  4. Mix brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  5. Coat the ribs evenly with the spice mix.
  6. Wrap the ribs tightly in aluminum foil and place them on a baking sheet.

  8. Remove from the oven, unwrap, and brush with barbecue sauce.
  9. Broil for 5 minutes until the sauce caramelizes.
