- 2 lbs pork ribs
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 275°F (135°C).
- Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs.
- Rub the ribs with olive oil.
- Mix brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Coat the ribs evenly with the spice mix.
- Wrap the ribs tightly in aluminum foil and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 2.5 hours until tender.
- Remove from the oven, unwrap, and brush with barbecue sauce.
- Broil for 5 minutes until the sauce caramelizes.
- Let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
