Crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, these air fryer sweet potato fries are a delicious and healthier alternative to traditional fries.

- 2 medium sweet potatoes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Optional: dipping sauce of choice
Instructions
- Peel the sweet potatoes and cut them into even-sized fries, about 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick.
- In a large bowl, toss the sweet potato fries with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
- Place the fries in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they aren’t overcrowded. You may need to do this in batches.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through the cooking time to ensure even cooking.
- Once the fries are crispy and golden, remove them from the air fryer and let them cool slightly before serving.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
