  • 2 medium sweet potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Optional: dipping sauce of choice

Instructions

  1. Peel the sweet potatoes and cut them into even-sized fries, about 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick.
  2. In a large bowl, toss the sweet potato fries with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  4. Place the fries in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they aren’t overcrowded. You may need to do this in batches.
  5. Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through the cooking time to ensure even cooking.
