- 1 pound chicken tenders
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup hot honey
- Vegetable oil for frying
Instructions
- Marinate chicken tenders in buttermilk for at least 1 hour.
- In a bowl, mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Dredge marinated chicken in the flour mixture.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Fry chicken tenders until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side.
- Remove chicken and drizzle with hot honey before serving.
Notes
- Adjust the amount of hot honey to your preferred spice level.
- Serve with dipping sauce or on a salad.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
