A flavorful and easy-to-make dish featuring honey sriracha-glazed salmon served over rice with fresh vegetables.
Ingredients

- 2 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp sriracha
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1/2 avocado, sliced
- 1/4 cup shredded carrots
- 1 tbsp chopped cilantro
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix honey, sriracha, soy sauce, and lime juice in a small bowl.
- Place salmon fillets on the baking sheet and brush with half of the glaze.
- Bake salmon for 12-15 minutes, until cooked through.
- Brush remaining glaze over the salmon after baking.
- Divide rice between two bowls and top with shredded cabbage, avocado, and carrots.
- Place salmon on top and garnish with cilantro and sesame seeds.
Notes
- Adjust sriracha for more or less heat.
- Use quinoa or cauliflower rice for a lower-carb option.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
