Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 zucchini, sliced
  • 1 red onion, quartered
  • Wooden or metal skewers

Instructions

  1. Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning.
  2. Mix soy sauce, honey, olive oil, garlic, and ginger in a bowl to make the marinade.
  3. Coat chicken cubes in the marinade and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Thread chicken and vegetables alternately onto skewers.
