Ingredients

- 500g boneless chicken breast, cubed
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 1 red onion, quartered
- Wooden or metal skewers
Instructions
- Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning.
- Mix soy sauce, honey, olive oil, garlic, and ginger in a bowl to make the marinade.
- Coat chicken cubes in the marinade and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Thread chicken and vegetables alternately onto skewers.
- Grill skewers on medium-high heat for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken is cooked through.
- Brush with remaining marinade while grilling for extra flavor.
- Serve hot.
