Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce and honey. Add beef and marinate for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in a pan over high heat. Add garlic and ginger, stir for 30 seconds.
  3. Add beef and cook until browned, about 3 minutes. Remove from pan.
  4. Stir-fry bell pepper, onion, and broccoli for 3 minutes.
  5. Return beef to the pan, toss with vegetables, and cook for 1 more minute.
  6. Serve hot.
