A quick and flavorful stir fry with tender beef, honey, and soy sauce.
Ingredients

- 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce and honey. Add beef and marinate for 10 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan over high heat. Add garlic and ginger, stir for 30 seconds.
- Add beef and cook until browned, about 3 minutes. Remove from pan.
- Stir-fry bell pepper, onion, and broccoli for 3 minutes.
- Return beef to the pan, toss with vegetables, and cook for 1 more minute.
- Serve hot.
