- 8 oz pasta (penne or fettuccine)
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken fillets, sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tbsp freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
- Add garlic, honey, black pepper, and salt to the pan. Stir well and cook for 2 minutes.
- Add cooked pasta to the pan and toss to coat with the sauce.
- Stir in butter and Parmesan cheese until melted.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
