Ingredients

- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp olive oil

- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix honey, mustard, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Coat chicken breasts with half of the honey mustard mixture.
- Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until fully cooked.
- Toss vegetables with remaining honey mustard mixture.
- Grill vegetables for 4-5 minutes until tender.
- Slice chicken and serve with grilled vegetables.
