- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar

- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds (optional)
- 1 green onion, sliced (optional)
Instructions
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken pieces and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
- In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken and stir to coat.
- Reduce heat to medium and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Mix cornstarch and water in a small bowl, then stir into the skillet to thicken the sauce.
- Cook for another 2 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and green onion if desired.
- Serve hot over rice or noodles.
