- 1 tbsp soy sauce

- 1 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix honey and soy sauce in a small bowl.
- Brush the mixture over the salmon fillets.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear salmon for 2 minutes on each side.
- Transfer skillet to the oven and bake for 8-10 minutes.
- Combine mango, avocado, red onion, lime juice, and cilantro in a bowl.
- Season salsa with salt and pepper.
- Serve salmon topped with mango-avocado salsa.
