  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 lemon, halved
  • 4 garlic cloves, peeled
  • 2 sprigs fresh rosemary

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Pat the chicken dry with paper towels.
  3. Rub the chicken with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  4. Stuff the cavity with lemon halves, garlic cloves, and rosemary.
  5. Place the chicken breast-side up in a roasting pan.

  8. Rest for 10 minutes before carving.
