- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Green onions, for garnish
- Sesame seeds, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, ginger, apple cider vinegar, sesame oil, salt, and pepper.
- Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss until they are well coated with the sauce.
- Arrange the wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the wings are golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and brush with any remaining sauce.
- Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
Notes
- For extra crispy wings, broil them for an additional 2-3 minutes after baking.
