- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic. Set aside.
- Season pork chops with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add pork chops to the skillet and brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Pour honey garlic mixture over the pork chops and reduce heat to medium-low.
- Cover and cook for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until pork chops are cooked through and sauce has thickened.
- Remove from heat and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and serve.
