- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon.
- Add minced garlic and grated ginger, stirring for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- In a small bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, water, and cornstarch. Pour into the skillet.
- Add broccoli florets and stir to coat. Cook for 5-7 minutes until broccoli is tender.
- Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes if desired.
- Serve hot over rice or noodles.
Notes
- For extra crunch, blanch broccoli before adding to the skillet.
- Adjust honey and soy sauce to taste for a sweeter or saltier flavor.
