Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, lemon juice, olive oil, black pepper, and salt.
  3. Place salmon fillets on the baking sheet and brush half the glaze over them.
  4. Bake for 10 minutes, then brush remaining glaze over salmon.
  5. Bake for another 5-7 minutes until salmon flakes easily.
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
