- 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 1/4 cup honey
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, whisk honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, lemon juice, olive oil, black pepper, and salt.
- Place salmon fillets on the baking sheet and brush half the glaze over them.
- Bake for 10 minutes, then brush remaining glaze over salmon.
- Bake for another 5-7 minutes until salmon flakes easily.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
- Use fresh salmon for best results.
- Adjust honey amount based on sweetness preference.
- Broil for 1-2 minutes at the end for extra caramelization.
