- 3 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 tbsp rice vinegar

- 1 tbsp sesame seeds (optional)
- 2 green onions, sliced (optional)
Instructions
- Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces.
- Mix honey, garlic, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and ginger in a bowl.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook chicken until browned, about 5 minutes.
- Pour sauce over chicken and simmer for 5-7 minutes until thickened.
- Serve over cooked rice and garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
