A delicious honey garlic chicken recipe made in a crock pot.
Ingredients

- 2 pounds chicken thighs
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Place chicken thighs in the crock pot.
- In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, garlic, rice vinegar, ginger, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Once cooked, shred the chicken with two forks.
- Serve with rice and garnish with green onions.
Notes
- Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less honey.
- You can use chicken breasts instead of thighs.
- Serve with steamed vegetables for a complete meal.
