A simple and delicious honey garlic chicken recipe made in a crock pot.
Ingredients

- 2 pounds chicken thighs
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon minced ginger
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons water
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place chicken thighs in the crock pot.
- In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and chicken broth.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Once cooked, remove the chicken and set aside.
- Mix cornstarch and water, then add it to the sauce in the crock pot.
- Stir and cook on high for 15 minutes until thickened.
- Return the chicken to the pot and coat with sauce.
Notes
- Serve with rice or noodles.
- Adjust honey for sweetness preference.
- Use chicken breast for a leaner option.
