Description
Crispy chicken wings coated in a sweet and spicy honey chili glaze.
Ingredients

- 1 kg chicken wings
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp chili sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp ginger powder
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Mix honey, chili sauce, soy sauce, garlic powder, ginger powder, black pepper, and salt in a bowl.
- Toss chicken wings in vegetable oil and place on a baking tray.
- Bake for 25 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Coat wings with the honey chili glaze and bake for another 5 minutes.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- Adjust chili sauce for more or less heat.
- Use fresh garlic and ginger if available.
- For extra crispiness, broil for 2 minutes at the end.
