Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a cake pan.
- Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
- In another bowl, whisk honey, sugar, oil, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, alternating with milk.
- Pour batter into the pan and bake for 30-35 minutes. Let cool.
- Whip heavy cream and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
- Slice the cake in half, spread whipped cream between layers, and on top.

- Store cake in the refrigerator.
