Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into pieces
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix garlic, honey, soy sauce, olive oil, paprika, black pepper, and salt.
  3. Add chicken pieces to the marinade and coat evenly.
  4. Let marinate for at least 20 minutes.
  5. Place chicken in a baking dish and pour remaining marinade over it.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until chicken is fully cooked.
  7. Serve hot with rice or vegetables.
