Instructions

  1. Wash and peel the potatoes. Slice them thinly (about 1/8 inch thick) using a mandoline or sharp knife.
  2. Soak the potato slices in cold water for at least 30 minutes to remove excess starch. Drain and pat them dry with a clean kitchen towel.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the potato slices with olive oil, sea salt, and any additional seasonings you prefer (paprika, garlic powder).
  4. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  5. Arrange the potato slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket. You may need to do this in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
  6. Cook the potato slices for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy.
