- 1 lb thinly sliced roast beef
- 8 slider rolls (or small buns)
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1/2 onion, thinly sliced
- 4 slices provolone cheese
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Heat beef broth in a pan and add sliced onions. Cook until onions soften.
- Dip roast beef slices in the warm broth for extra flavor.
- Layer the bottom halves of the slider rolls with roast beef and onions.
- Top with provolone cheese and cover with the top halves of the rolls.
- Mix melted butter, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the butter mixture over the tops of the sliders.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, until cheese melts and rolls are golden.
- Serve warm with extra beef broth for dipping.
