Instructions
- Start by placing the whole chicken in a large pot.
- Add the chicken broth and water to the pot.

- Add the diced carrots, diced celery, chopped onion, minced garlic, thyme, bay leaf, salt, and pepper to the pot.

- Remove the chicken from the pot and let it cool slightly before shredding the meat.
