Description

This homemade chicken noodle soup is made in a crockpot for easy preparation.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 cup carrots, sliced
  • 1 cup celery, chopped
  • 1 onion, diced

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups egg noodles

Instructions

  1. Add chicken, broth, water, carrots, celery, onion, garlic, thyme, parsley, and pepper to the crockpot.

  3. Once cooked, remove the chicken, shred it, and return it to the pot.
