Description
A hearty hobo casserole made with ground beef and vegetables.
Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 can (15 oz) mixed vegetables
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cups tater tots
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
- Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the beef.
- Stir in the mixed vegetables and cream of mushroom soup.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
- Top with tater tots and sprinkle cheese on top.
- Bake for 30 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.

- Feel free to add your favorite vegetables.
- Can substitute ground turkey for a lighter option.
