- 1.5 lbs beef sirloin, cubed
- 4 tbsp butter, melted
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Place beef cubes in the slow cooker.
- In a bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, salt, pepper, thyme, and smoked paprika.
- Pour the butter mixture over the beef and toss to coat.
- Add beef broth.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
