- 1 lb lean beef, cubed
- 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp dried Italian seasoning
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss asparagus with 1 tbsp olive oil, salt, and pepper, then roast for 15 minutes.
- Cook pasta according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, cook beef over medium heat until browned. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Pour in heavy cream and stir in Parmesan cheese until smooth. Season with Italian seasoning and red pepper flakes.
- Combine cooked pasta and beef mixture. Serve topped with roasted asparagus.
