- 3 ripe bananas
- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 cup protein powder
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.
- Add eggs, honey, almond milk, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
- In another bowl, combine flour, protein powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture. Stir until just combined.
- Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let it cool before slicing.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- Can be frozen for up to three months.
- Add nuts or chocolate chips for extra flavor.
