- 1/2 cup Hellmann’s mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup breadcrumbs (panko recommended)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix Hellmann’s mayonnaise, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Coat each chicken breast with the mayonnaise mixture, ensuring it is evenly covered.
- Dip the coated chicken breasts into breadcrumbs, pressing lightly to adhere.
- Place the breaded chicken breasts in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they are not touching.
- Cook in the air fryer for 12-15 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the crust is golden brown.
- Remove from the air fryer and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra crunch, you can spray the coated chicken breasts lightly with cooking spray before air frying.
- Adjust cooking time based on the thickness of the chicken breasts; thicker pieces may require additional cooking time.
