Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Hellmann’s mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (panko recommended)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix Hellmann’s mayonnaise, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Coat each chicken breast with the mayonnaise mixture, ensuring it is evenly covered.
  4. Dip the coated chicken breasts into breadcrumbs, pressing lightly to adhere.
  5. Place the breaded chicken breasts in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they are not touching.
  6. Cook in the air fryer for 12-15 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the crust is golden brown.
  7. Remove from the air fryer and let rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For extra crunch, you can spray the coated chicken breasts lightly with cooking spray before air frying.
