Ingredients

- 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add steak bites and cook for 3-4 minutes until browned.
- Remove steak from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes until pink.
- Add garlic, salt, black pepper, paprika, and red pepper flakes. Stir well.
- Return steak to the skillet and add butter. Cook for another 1-2 minutes.
- Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.

- Adjust seasoning to your taste.
