  • 4 carrots, sliced
  • 4 potatoes, cubed
  • 4 cups beef broth

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F.
  2. Season the beef with salt and pepper.
  3. In a large pot, brown the beef on all sides.
  4. Add onion and garlic, cooking until fragrant.
  5. Add carrots, potatoes, beef broth, tomato paste, and thyme.
  6. Bring to a boil.
