Instructions

- In another bowl, whisk milk, egg, and melted butter.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Pour batter into a heart-shaped mold on the skillet.
- Cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook until golden brown.
- Serve warm with syrup or toppings of choice.
Notes
- Use a non-stick spray for easy removal of the mold.
- Adjust the thickness of the batter with more milk if needed.
