Ingredients
- Whole grain bread – 2 slices
- Turkey slices – 4 oz
- Cheese – 1 slice
- Lettuce – 1 leaf
- Tomato slices – 2
- Carrot sticks – 1 cup
- Hummus – 2 tbsp
- Apple – 1
Instructions
- Spread hummus on one side of each slice of bread.
- Layer turkey, cheese, lettuce, and tomato on one slice.
- Top with the other slice of bread, hummus side down.
- Cut the sandwich into halves or quarters.
- Pack carrot sticks and apple in a lunchbox.
