Ingredients

- 2 cups whole wheat pasta
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup cucumber, diced
- 1/2 cup bell pepper, chopped
- 1/4 cup red onion, diced
- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup olives, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the whole wheat pasta according to package instructions.
- Drain and rinse the pasta under cold water.
- In a large bowl, combine the pasta, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, red onion, feta cheese, and olives.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.

- Feel free to add your favorite vegetables.
