A delicious and healthy twist on the classic orange chicken.
Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 orange, zested
- 2 green onions, chopped
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix orange juice, soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, and cornstarch.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add chicken and cook until browned.
- Pour sauce over chicken and stir well.
- Cook until sauce thickens.
- Garnish with orange zest and green onions.

- Serve with steamed rice or vegetables.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less honey.
